At Rveda Gems, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If an order has already been shipped, the customer may need to receive the product and follow our applicable return process.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment channel.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
