Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During festivals, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery within India:

Metro & major cities: 3–7 business days
Other locations: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions mentioned on the website or promotional offer.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through your registered email, phone number or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
